Couldn't load pickup availability
Come suit up and step into the apiary for an up-close look at the fascinating world of honeybees!
Designed for curious kids, homeschoolers, and aspiring young beekeepers, this 90-minute experience gives families the opportunity to learn about honeybees and see a working hive up close.
We'll learn about the queen, workers, and drones, discover how bees make honey, talk about pollination, and learn what a beekeeper looks for during a hive inspection.
Then we'll suit up and head into the apiary! Weather and hive conditions permitting, we'll open a working colony and look for brood, pollen, nectar, honey, and maybe even find the queen.
We'll finish our visit with a honey tasting and plenty of time for questions.

A Note About Our Bees
Honeybees are living creatures, and their wellbeing always comes first. Hive visits are dependent upon weather and colony conditions. If conditions prevent us from safely opening the hive on your scheduled date, we'll work with you to reschedule.
Perfect for homeschool families, curious kids, and little ones who have been dreaming of becoming a beekeeper.
Come curious. Leave knowing a whole lot more about the tiny creatures behind every jar of honey. 🐝🍯
