✨ Per-Event Vendor Fee: $10
(applies to all 2026 dates except November’s Fall Market and December’s Christmas Market)

📌 Registration + payment due by the 1st of the month you’d like to participate.

🌿 VIP Vendor Pass – Full 2026 Season: $75, due by January 1, 2026
(save $15 for the year!)

VIP Vendors receive:
• Extra marketing + social media spotlight
• Flexible setup time (including optional day-before setup)
• Priority choice of booth location

To maintain the peaceful, community-focused atmosphere we’re known for, we ask all vendors to:

• Arrive for setup beginning at 8:00 AM
• Move vehicles to the designated parking area by 8:45 AM
• Share the event on social media twice before market day
• Clean up all trash and place it in the large curbside bin
• Bring positive attitudes + help maintain a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere
